Failure to follow recommended care instructions may affect product appearance and longevity.

12. TAVIXA Rewards

Participation in the TAVIXA Rewards Program is subject to the separate TAVIXA Rewards Policy.

Reward points:

  • Have no cash value.
  • Are non-transferable.
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • May expire according to the applicable reward validity period.

TAVIXA may modify or discontinue the Rewards Program at any time.

13. Promotions & Offers

Promotional offers:

  • Are valid only during the stated promotional period.
  • Cannot be combined unless expressly mentioned.
